This Privacy Policy explains how GREEN1SCAPE INC ("GREEN1SCAPE," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit green1scape.com, request a free Transformation Preview, book a walkthrough, text or call us, or hire us for work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features, like the chat widget or forms, may not work without them.

Job photos
We take before and after photos of the work we do. We may share job photos on our website and social media to show our work. When we do, we never include your name, phone number, street address or house number. At most we name the city. If you don't want photos of your property shared, tell us before or after the job and we won't use them.
Text messages (SMS)
When you give us your mobile number through our website forms, booking calendar, or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from GREEN1SCAPE about your preview, walkthroughs, appointments, job updates and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, such as our text messaging platform, and they may not use it for any other purpose.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. We'll confirm by text, and you won't receive further messages unless you sign up again.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our website, scheduling, messaging, email, payment, payroll and bookkeeping providers, and only as needed to do that work

How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you, maintain our business, tax and insurance records, and meet legal requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Adults 18 and older only
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and an adult 18 or older must be present for every walkthrough. If we learn we have information from someone under 18, we delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, such as Google reviews and our booking and form tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
